I’ve used PAL in the past for a 1600sq foot three bedroom inside and out. Three years ago, and more recent I had paint a 1200sq foot Prefabricated home I recently purchased. The job was completed professionally and in a timely manner, in spite of the extensive rain we had this year. We have used PAL Painting four different times, and plan to use PAL for some upcoming projects. Moved to Elk Grove about 2 years ago. The only people we knew was our daughter. The house we bought was a fixer upper type, so I knew I needed some paint work. A LOT of paint work. She recommended Pal Painting. Called and Pilipo came out the next day. Got my quote, got the color approved by the HOA and within 2 weeks, Phil was out here getting set up. Two story house, 3100 square feet. Dingy yellowish old paint. Some of it had to be scraped off, some sanded. Gutters needed some work on the surface. This was a large job. It took a little over a week and half in the blistering heat. But he managed to get it done! One thing about spraying your house. If you dont do it right, it's going to show. Phil sprayed then back rolled the whole thing as he went to avoid the spray joints showing up. Very professional. Since that job, we've had him out here 3 or 4 more times for other jobs. Price has always been fair and the jobs always done right. Phil is so honest, that during one job, I had to leave for a couple hours. I left the house open incase he needed the restroom and not once was I worried about it. Now for the draw back. He's getting quite popular in his trade. The next job I have I might have to wait longer because others will be hiring him!! But wait I shall. I have no need to hire anyone else. See more See less
